Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Orders are not processed at weekends.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our fryer delivery time is 6-11 business days, which includes shipping time of 5-8 business days, and order processing time of 1-3 business days.
If the delivery time is longer than 11 business days, we will arrange for a refund or reshipment service.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
For all orders placed in the continental United States, we will ship using UPS Express, with a shipping time of 5-8 business days.
If the purchase amount is less than $90, $4 will be charged for shipping.
If the purchase amount is more than $90, there is no additional postage fee.
Who is responsible for sales tax?
In addition, you are responsible for sales tax. We will not be responsible for any tax.
What is the packaging of fryer?
We take the packaging of your fryer very seriously to protect it and keep it intact during transportation.
We will pack your fryer in cartons and add plastic bubble wrap inside to prevent scratches, bumps or crushing to minimize potential shipping damage.
After the packaging process is complete, we inspect the packaging to make sure everything meets our standards.
