How to cancel an order?

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-6:00PM (EST).

Return orders submitted after 6:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders placed after 6:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

What should I do if the fryer is damaged or missing during transportation?

If the fryer is damaged or missing during transportation, we will reissue a new fryer to compensate for your loss. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

If you don't need the fryer, how to return it?

Our website supports returns without reason within 45 natural days, please meet the following criteria:

1) The fryer does not show any visible signs of breakage or use or other human factors.

2) The fryer is sent back in its original packaging.

3) The fryer meets brand new standards and does not affect secondary sales.

What is the return process?

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service John Kincaid in advance at [email protected],and send the fryer with the original packaging to Hope Manufacturer LLC: 523 Blake Ave, 1b, Brooklyn, New York.

Once your fryer has been shipped, please send us the product order number and return shipping number to [email protected]. The refund process will begin when the returned fryer arrives at the Kitchensbroth.com warehouse and passes a successful inspection.

Who is responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging products?

Regarding the costs incurred during the return and exchange process, we will deal with the following cases.

Merchant reasons (the fryer missing, damaged function, damaged in transit, etc.), re-shipping shipping costs are borne by us.

Customer reasons (do not like, do not want, buy the wrong goods, etc.),  the return postage will be borne by your own.

When will the refund amount arrive?

The refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

What is the warranty policy?

Our fryers are backed by a manufacturer's limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and repairs are provided for damage within the warranty period.

The specific maintenance fee will be determined according to the circumstances. After receiving your maintenance request, we will reply you by email within 1-3 business days, which will include detailed maintenance services and related costs.
